- Ensure Compliance: Maintain alignment with all IDPH Home Care policies.
- Foster Culture: Act as an approachable, personal leader for all staff and be a team player.
Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Proven background working in a Non-Medical Home Care setting.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) standards.
- Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience utilizing CareAcademy training software.
- Soft Skills: Highly personal, empathetic, and excellent at communication.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in lowering employee turnover rates.
- Certifications: PHR or SHRM certification preferred, but not required.
