Job Summary

Senior Helpers is seeking a compassionate, high-energy, and experienced Human Resources Director for our on-site location in Naperville . This vital role focuses on recruiting, orienting, and retaining exceptional caregivers who share our commitment to high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will blend deep industry knowledge with outstanding interpersonal skills to build a dedicated workforce.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Recruitment: Attract, hire, and retain compassionate, reliable caregivers.
  • Lead Orientations: Design and conduct engaging, thorough onboarding programs.
  • Manage Training: Oversee the CareAcademy platform for continuous staff education.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain alignment with all IDPH Home Care policies.
  • Foster Culture: Act as an approachable, personal leader for all staff and be a team player.


Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: Proven background working in a Non-Medical Home Care setting.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) standards.
  • Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience utilizing CareAcademy training software.
  • Soft Skills: Highly personal, empathetic, and excellent at communication.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in lowering employee turnover rates.
  • Certifications: PHR or SHRM certification preferred, but not required.
