HR Manager

Join Our Team as an HR Manager!

Are you a seasoned HR professional looking for a rewarding career in the senior care industry? Senior Helpers of Naperville in Naperville, IL is currently seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our caregivers are supported, valued, and equipped to provide the best possible care to our senior clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and onboarding new hires
  • Overseeing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Managing benefits administration and payroll processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare or senior care industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • SHRM certification is a plus
